I cannot begin to explain how dependant on my local aerobics centre i have become. Without this time out at the fitness centre, i reckon the stresses of everyday life, including my job, would have driven me insane before my fifteenth birthday, but now i am 52 and going strong! I am a suit wearing executive who works long hours and sits in my company in one of the highest management positions. People have told me that managers do very little work, get very very rich and watch their underlings do their work for them. For the people at the VERY top, this may be true, but for those of us on the second tier, it's a different story altogether. Well, we still get rich, but we work DAMN hard for it. |
